I was very pleased with the Shake & Rake. I am glad I purchased the 3/8" mesh as most of my sand is typically damp. I was impressed with the shipping packaging and how well it performed for me. I would have given it a 5 star except I feel the price is higher than it should be based on the materials used and simplicity of construction of the rake

I purchased this item to clean my sand filled chicken coop. It works fine, just wished it was a little smaller for my small space. Also wish the screen covered the entire surface for my needs.

I work at a school where the cleanliness of the sandbox has always been an issue. After buying the sandbox rake, there is no longer an issue. The rake cleans the sandbox fast and easy. What a great product. The website was a breeze to use and Customer Service was so friendly and helpful.

New use for the fork 4 Star Review

We didn't buy the fork for sand or manure use. We bought it thinking we could use it to sift small rocks off the bottom of the lake beach. Along the shorline there are a lot of small rocks mixed in with the sand that makes walking on them a little tough. It works pretty well for that task as long as I don't try to take a big load of rocks.

I just ordered the Shake & Rake. I am very pleased with it. I purchased it to use in my horse pens. As we all know nothing will pick-up all the small pieces, except sweeping! But this product does the best job of the many I have purchased and used. I highly recommend it.

This device is better than a rake for removing trash from dry sand. It is sturdy, so it can slide under the trash and remove rocks, twigs, and other trash larger than a cigarette butt. Used in normal raking motion, it can make the smaller items disappear.

It is so frustrating to find a screened tool to clean my sand. I went to all the box stores and there was nothing. I was just about ready to buy a manure fork and try to attach some wire to it and I found this. It was shipped right away and only required a small amount of assembly. It was pretty much what I was expecting, but I didn't realize how tough it is to actually sift sand. At first I thought that the basket was going to bee too small, but the basket definitely cannot be made any larger or it would be unwieldy. The rake is well built and has a grip that lets me pick up more sand than I can lift. It screened out everything I wanted, but pine needles sort of get caught in the screen. I've used it for a month or so and even though i think I could have build something like it for cheaper I'm not sure it would be as good as this one is. I would recommend this to anyone that has a modest amount of sand to clean.

Its a great product but when it arrived a piece got lost in transit. I contacted you about the missing supporting bracket that attaches to the back of the lower basket part. You sent it right out at no charge.

    I was hoping to use this rake to clean up my beach which has too many small rocks. This worked great! Was perfect tool! The first time I used it, the beach was very dry and raking was easy. The second time, it had rained the night before I used it in early afternoon. I could tell the sand was still a little too wet a few inches below surface, so I waited until sand was thoroughly dry. But super happy with it!

    After much searching I found the shake n rake and it has made my life easier since we decided to go with a beach theme in the backyard my only complaint is the mesh there needs to be smaller than 1/4 inch mesh I ended up adding my own 1/8 mesh and it works like a charm. Nice invention.
