Return, Refund and Warranty Policies

We ship UPS ground and 3 Day Select but do not cover shipping of returned items (see returns policy below).
 

 Rakes can be returned for a refund within 14  days of purchase. Any return must be authorized within 14 days of receiving the  product as verified by the shipper delivery date.  There will be no  returns after that date. Parts must be returned NEW and UNUSED in the original box with original packaging  for a refund, less any 3rd party shipping costs. To prevent shipping damage they must be returned in the  original box using the original packaging. They must be undamaged upon  our receipt.

90 Day limited return / refund:
We only offer a  very limited return refund once an item has been used or damaged, so be  sure that your fork/rake will function in your application before you purchase or use it.

We will usually honor a return request, but if the item has been used and is not re-salable, we will only offer a partial refund as described in the product warranty description  policy. Once we receive your item back, we will evaluate if any of the  parts can be refurbished and adjust the refund according to that.

We ONLY refund the original purchase price of the product as shown on an invoice.
 

We  do not refund shipping fees or any other third party fees, such as from  Amazon or Ebay that were paid in connection with the purchase.
